Shipping
In order to give you the best rates we currently ship exclusively with Canada Post. We offer 2 types of flat-rate shipping, one with and one without tracking.
Within Canada: Free shipping (tracking included). Local pick-up possible.
United States: Free shipping without tracking, $20 with tracking.
International: Free shipping without tracking, $45 with tracking.
Should you prefer another shipping service feel free to contact harry@harrybenz.com for a quote. You will receive a shipping notification and, where applicable, a tracking number once your order has shipped. Depending on choice of shipping type and destination shipments can take between 4 days to 3 weeks.
For shipments without tracking number: We do our best to make sure your purchase gets to you quickly and in perfect condition. Straps are packaged in sturdy boxes and shipped in padded envelopes. Once the item is shipped, though, it is out of our control. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged parcels.
Return Policy
We take great pride in our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact harry@harrybenz.com to discuss a return or repair. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. We encourage you to obtain a tracking number and insurance for your return shipment. Harry Benz is not responsible for any lost or damaged items in the return shipment.
